During my observation of these two families, Capulets are more strict and serious than Montague since through their customs. If I were to stage the play, the first time I will pay attention is customs. From my perspective, Montagues should wear more natural or more lifestyle. Moreover, it is beneficial for them to wear the colorful or informal dress in order to explain their characteristics.  On the contrary, Capulets should wear more formal, darker color to show their strict and violence. At the first scene to introduce these two families, Montague can begin in a party or a beach. Everyone enjoys the music and dance unrestrained. However, The best way to show Capulets' personalities is displaying them in a serious meeting and they are talking about some economics disputes. In my opinion, Capulet is a man who wants to hold power and needs anyone to obey him. At that time, he can arrange work and frown. if there is anyone who tries to advise him to fight with Montague. He can shout," stupid! that's not the right time" like that. However, Capulets could be more gentle and nice to his families which means that he can use a joke to explain his perspective instead of shouting at others. What's more, the way that they treat their heir differs from each other. For example, when Romeo feels upset about his love, all Montagues can comfort him even though they are joking him. They pay more attention to their families. However, Capulets care more about interest. To be more specific, when Juliet get upsets, they won't comfort her and ask her to marry Paris. The performance between Lady Capulet and Lady Montagues are significant. they will indicate their attitude to Romeo and Juliet. When the stage transfer from Montagues to Capulets, the light and music should transfer from noisy to quiet. The most important part is included their actions and body language. Montagues' feel more relax when they get along with each other. However, Capulets act as keeping distance with each other. What's more, i think the best way to show their conflict is a  economics disputes between Capulet and Montague. To be more specific, it can not only show their the same level social status but also their fared between two families.

Reading notes kira

The stories starts with a man who writes letters to his beloved. There are 36 people at the boat. The man is really shy and he is memorizing his childhood. (There is so many details to describe.) it also talks about his lover and his lover’s father refused her to marry with home because “a solder almost are not human” . Then, back to Haiti, in the girl’s house, it shows his lover’s life.
