New York woman and night woman I would like to combine the Night woman and New York day woman together to show the different life condition of Haiti woman. The night woman and New York day woman met each other in Celianne’s ceremony and they have been friends for ten years. They live in different life. The first scene would be the night woman. In the night woman, there are three characters included. At the beginning, I would like to let the night women to have a monologue to express about herself, which shows the background of their life and what she suffers everyday. Especially, we need to point out her love to her son. So there’s supposed to a scene that the night woman look at her son while he is sleeping. Then she would have a wisphere to herself about her son and her life. During the monologue, the lights should only focus on the woman and the background music should be sad and depressed with slow melody, which could show her emotion better. In general, the spring fall shows us clearly about the story and each of the character’s characteristic are appearantly. The acting of Iran is so impressive because I like the way how he expresses his character and kinds of adding some comedic into the play to attract the audience. I pretty like the acting between him and Mao. They show how their relationships change by which way and expresses the emotion well. Appeartly, the last scene is so impressive to me that the man finally recognized his identity. And he found out that he is the brother of Ivan’s character, which is so dramatic because they have been friends for such a long time.  The story shows mainly about two couples about how they meet with each other and finally get permission from the girl’s mother to get engaged. The whole play is so attractive because there are lots of comedic part, which makes me laugh a lot. 1. Why does the author put epilogue at the end of the stories? How does it explain about author herself? The story named Epilogue basically displays the life conditions of women in the Haiti. They are unknowledgeable and live a life by following the “strict rules” of Haiti. They live dependently on their husbands and family. They have no freedom and rights to decide their own life. Everything they do is based on their family and being a woman. For example, at the beginning of the story, the author use a lot of sentences to describes their life conditions by using tone of “your mother”, which brings the readers into the story deeply. Your mother’s second rule went along with the first.
